Director of Development

Position Details and Application Instructions

We are seeking an experienced development and communications professional who is collaborative and energetic with a passion for cultivating relationships and creative storytelling! Join our team and take our fundraising, communications, marketing, and event management to new heights to advance the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation’s impact through expansion, growth, and long-term sustainability. The Director of Development will collaborate with staff, board, and volunteers to develop and execute results-oriented strategies to attract donors, partners, program participants, and community supporters, and build greater awareness for our mission throughout the 254-square-mile Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed and beyond.

Camp Tule Naturalist (Temporary)

We are looking for experienced naturalists, environmental educators, or scientists who love creating meaningful, outdoor experiences for children. Camp Tule staff work together to help youth ages 6 to 12 learn about the plants and animals of the Laguna ecosystem while building camper comfort and a sense of belonging in nature. Naturalist help form the camp culture, design explorations for large and small groups, and serve as a mentor to the Counselors and Counselors-in-Training. Camp Tule is fun and joyful with myriad opportunities to hone field teaching skills. Please read full position details before applying. Must be at least 18 years old.

Camp Tule Counselor (Temporary)

Are you a high school or college student who enjoys working with children? Do you love to explore the natural world, play games and be creative? Being a Counselor at Camp Tule might just be the right place for you! Camp Tule staff work together to help children ages 6-9 learn about the plants and animals of the Laguna ecosystem while building camper comfort and belonging in nature. Be a mentor to kids while keeping them safe and having fun throughout the Camp Tule day.Please read full position details before applying. Must be at least 16 years old.

Conservation Field Technician

Our Conservation Science team is growing! Are you looking for a new opportunity to contribute to conservation and restoration of native plants and rare habitats? We are excited to announce that we are looking for a dedicated Conservation Field Technician to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about ecology, has excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
